Affiliate Policy of Charles Christmas, LLC and Debt Free Expertise & Charles Christmas University.

Charles Christmas  University, and Charles Christmas, LLC, and Debt Free Expertise hereinafter sometimes referred to as CC, LLC or DFW or CCU, welcomes others to participate in our Affiliate program.  We highly value our Affiliates as "partners" in out business and service to others.

To become an affiliate, you must register and apply and receive an affiliate code.  This is normally a link that is sent to you.  You must use this link with every person you refer to us if you are to receive credit for that referral.  You must also, sign and return this agreement to us along with a completed IRS tax form such as a W-9 or W8.  You are responsible for all your tax liability.  Our relationship with you is that of an Independent Contractor.

Commissions are paid within 70  days of the purchase to allow for the expiration of the return policy and for Installments to be paid.

Commissions are paid on the basic tuition amount of $1995.00 only.  The commission is based up a typical industry custom of 40% which in this case is $800.00 for each enrolling and paying referral.  We do not pay additional amount of commission if the client upgrades to other products or services.

CC, LLC, DFW and CCU agree to supply email promotional content to the Affiliate, and the 'Affiliate agrees to timely send the emails to the potential client or customer as soon as possible and according to the schedule supplied by CCU, CC, Debt Free Expertise.

Charles Christmas, LLC and Debt Free Expertise reserve the right to offer other programs and services to any contacts that are referred to us from time to time.

By referring any contacts to us you automatically agree with the terms and conditions of this affiliate policy.  This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Nevada.  Any disputes that the parties cannot resolve between themselves shall be settled in a court of law in Nevada with proper jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to terminate Charles Christmas, LLC, and Debt Free Expertise reserve the right to terminate any affiliate at any time for any reason without notice beforehand.

To receive a referral commission, one must be registered as an Affiliate in good standing at the time of the Referral and also at the time for the payment"

You need to choose your affiliate number code to identify you and your referrals.  Our software will also automatically assign a link to you as well. Use this link on all referrals. We also ask you to create a code as well as the link.  Use this formula:  First and Last initials in Capital letters followed by a hyphen,  then 8 digits of your birthday, another hyphen and then 8 digits of your registration date.   Here is an example.  John Smith born on January 22, 1950, will be  as follows: JS-01221950-10292024
